Chola-Kulcha

CHOLA-KULCHA
Ingredients:
  • 3 cup -  fine flour(maida)
  • half cup flour
  • half cup rava(suji)
  • half teaspoon sugar 
  • half teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 cup curd
  • half cup milk 
  • half tea spoon baking soda

How to prepare:
  1. Filter maida, suji , flour and soda  and add oil , sugar and salt properly and mix it.
  2. Now make its dough with the help of curd and milk.
  3. Now cover the dough with wet cloth for 3 hours.
  4. Now divide the dough into 14 parts and flatten it in form of chapati.
  5. Now toast it from both side (using ghee).
How to perpare chola:
  1. 2 cup boiled chickpeas(kabuli chana) , 1 cup chopped potato(boiled) , half cup chopped tomato , 1 chopped onion , 2-3 chopped green chilli , 1 teaspoon lemon juice , 1 pinch blackpeeper powder ,  salt according to your taste and mix them .
  2. Now serve with kulcha.
