chaulai laddu

CHAULAI (AMARANTHUS) LADDU

Ingredients:
 1kg  Parched chaulai (amaranthus)
 1kg  jaggery (gud)
 1 glass water

How to prepare:
  1. Firstly break the jaggery (gud) into pieces.
  2. Now place pan on the fire and put jaggery and water in it and make a thick syrup.
  3. Now remove the pan from the fire an now add the syurp in chaulai and mix it properly.
  4. Now apply water on your palm and make laddu . 
  [ NOTE :  You can also eat it in fast...]
