CHAULAI (AMARANTHUS) LADDU
Ingredients:
1kg Parched chaulai (amaranthus)
1kg jaggery (gud)
1 glass water
How to prepare:
- Firstly break the jaggery (gud) into pieces.
- Now place pan on the fire and put jaggery and water in it and make a thick syrup.
- Now remove the pan from the fire an now add the syurp in chaulai and mix it properly.
- Now apply water on your palm and make laddu .
