BALUSHAHI



Ingredients:
  • 300 g  fine wheat flour (Maida)
  • 2 pinch baking powder
  • 100 g Ghee
  • Curd
  • Oil or ghee for frying
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
How to prepare:
  1. Add water to the sugar and  let it boil until it becomes a syrup and starts sticking to your fingers.
  2. Now mix maida ,baking soda , ghee and curd and make a dough of it.
  3. Cover the dough and keep it for 20 mins.
  4. Now take some dough  make shape of ladoo and press it a little between your palms.
  5. And then fry it on low flame until it become brown.
  6. Side by side put these in sugar syrup for 20 mins. 
  7. Now garnish it with any dry fruit
