BALUSHAHI
Ingredients:
- 300 g fine wheat flour (Maida)
- 2 pinch baking powder
- 100 g Ghee
- Curd
- Oil or ghee for frying
- 2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- Add water to the sugar and let it boil until it becomes a syrup and starts sticking to your fingers.
- Now mix maida ,baking soda , ghee and curd and make a dough of it.
- Cover the dough and keep it for 20 mins.
- Now take some dough make shape of ladoo and press it a little between your palms.
- And then fry it on low flame until it become brown.
- Side by side put these in sugar syrup for 20 mins.
- Now garnish it with any dry fruit
