Creamy Gobhi

Creamy Gobhi(Cauliflower)
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 kg chopped cauliflower
  • 1 chopped tomato


  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2-3 garlic flakes chopped
  • Chopped green chilli
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup milk cream (malai)
  • chopped coriander
  • Salt
  • Red chilli

How to prepare:
  1. Fry onion and garlic till brown and add peas , cauliflower, tomato and green chilli to it.
  2. Fry it at low heat until they get soften
  3. Now add salt, red chilli, turmeric powder and mix it
  4. Then add milk cream(malai) and cook it for 2 mins.
  5. Before serving garnish with coriander
