Carrot Barfi
Ingredients:
- 500 g carrot(kaddukas ki hui)
- 200 g sugar
- 300 g khoya (mava)
- 20-25 chopped almonds
How to prepare:
- Firstly heat the pan and put carrot in it when the carrot dries a little add sugar to it.
- Stir it continously until it starts sticking to the wall of the pan.
- Now add khoya (mava) to it.
- Now grease the thal with ghee and pour the mixture in it and equalize it.
- Now garnish with almonds and then let it cool in room temperature and cut it in pieces.
