Carrot Barfi


Ingredients:
  • 500 g carrot(kaddukas ki hui)
  • 200 g sugar
  • 300 g khoya (mava)
  • 20-25 chopped almonds

How to prepare:
  1. Firstly heat the pan and put carrot in it when the carrot dries a little add sugar to it.
  2. Stir it continously until it starts sticking to the wall  of the pan.
  3. Now add khoya (mava) to it.
  4. Now grease the thal with ghee and pour the mixture in it and equalize it.
  5. Now garnish with almonds and then let it cool in room temperature and cut it in pieces.
