Egg Curry

Egg Curry.
INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 2 onions 
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 3 garlic flakes
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin(jeera)
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • red chilli powder
  • salt
  • fennel powder
  • 1/2 glass of water

HOW TO PREPARE:
PASTE:
  1. Grind onion,tomato,garlic ginger and cumin(jeera).
  2. Firstly,fry the boiled eggs(peeled) till brown.

Gravy:
  1. Take oil in the kadhai and add the paste,and fry it until it leaves the oil.
  2. Now add red chilli powder,salt and fennel powder to it.
  3. Add curd to it and stirr continually for 1-2 mins.
  4. Now add water to it and boil it.Add fried eggs to it and boil for 5 mins.
  5. While serving put some coriander leaves to it.
