Egg Curry.
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 boiled eggs
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 2 onions
- 3 tomatoes
- 3 garlic flakes
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin(jeera)
- 1/2 cup curd
- red chilli powder
- salt
- fennel powder
- 1/2 glass of water
HOW TO PREPARE:
PASTE:
- Grind onion,tomato,garlic ginger and cumin(jeera).
- Firstly,fry the boiled eggs(peeled) till brown.
Gravy:
- Take oil in the kadhai and add the paste,and fry it until it leaves the oil.
- Now add red chilli powder,salt and fennel powder to it.
- Add curd to it and stirr continually for 1-2 mins.
- Now add water to it and boil it.Add fried eggs to it and boil for 5 mins.
- While serving put some coriander leaves to it.
