Bottle guard(ghiya) Kofta
INGREDIENTS:
- Kaddukas kiya ghiya
- chopped peas
- chopped green chilli
- chopped onion
- grinded tomato
- besan
- oil
- salt
- red chilli powder
- grinded fennel(saunf) and dry coriander
HOW TO PREPARE:
Kofta:
- Firstly, warm oil in kadhai,then mix ghiya,peas,green chilli,half of the chopped onion,besan ,salt and coriander.
- Fry the pakodas till brown.
Gravy:
- Fry the left over chopped onion till it turns pink.
- Now add grinded tomato,red chilli powder,salt,and fennel and water (according to your choice) boil it.
- Now put the koftas in the gravy and boil it for 5 mins.
- While serving add coriander leaves to it.
