Bottle guard(ghiya) Kofta
INGREDIENTS:
  • Kaddukas kiya ghiya
  • chopped peas
  • chopped green chilli
  • chopped onion
  • grinded tomato
  • besan
  • oil
  • salt
  • red chilli powder
  • grinded fennel(saunf) and dry coriander


HOW TO PREPARE:
Kofta:
  1. Firstly, warm oil in kadhai,then mix ghiya,peas,green chilli,half of the chopped onion,besan ,salt and coriander.
  2. Fry the pakodas till brown.

Gravy:
  1. Fry the left over chopped onion till it turns pink.
  2. Now add grinded tomato,red chilli powder,salt,and fennel and water (according to your choice) boil it.
  3. Now put the koftas in the gravy and boil it for 5 mins.
  4. While serving add coriander leaves to it.
