Chocolate Pudding


INGREDIENTS:
  • Milk        -  500ml
  • Chocolate -  30 g 
  • Egg         -  4 
  • Cornflour - 4 teaspoon 
  • Butter     -  25 gm
  • Sugar      -  150 gm
  • Water      -  300 ml
HOW TO PREPARE:
  1. Boil the milk and let it cool.
  2. Make a thin paste of chocolate,corn flour and sugar with half cup of water and add this to milk.
  3. Beat the eggs and pour them in milk.
  4. Keep on stirring.
  5. Grease the separator with butter and pour this milk mixture into it.
  6. Cover the separator tightly an place it in cooker.
  7. Close the lid and cook for 15-20 mins .
  8. Then allow to cool on its own.
  9. Before serving place it in deep freeze to chill.
