Bottlegourd (Ghiya) Paak

BOTTLEGOURD (GHIYA)  PAAK
INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cup ghiya(kaddukas kiya hua)
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 1 tablespoon coconut powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3-4 green elaichi(cardamom)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped almond
  • 1 teaspoon chopped pista
  • 1/2 cup mava(khoya)
HOW TO PREPARE:
  1. Put ghee in pan and fry ghiya at low heat.
  2. When ghiya's water gets dry add sugar to it.
  3. When the mixture starts looking like halwa(pudding) then add all the ingredients and fry for 5-6 mins.
  4. Serve it in a bowl.
