BOTTLEGOURD (GHIYA) PAAK
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cup ghiya(kaddukas kiya hua)
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1 tablespoon coconut powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3-4 green elaichi(cardamom)
- 1 teaspoon chopped almond
- 1 teaspoon chopped pista
- 1/2 cup mava(khoya)
- Put ghee in pan and fry ghiya at low heat.
- When ghiya's water gets dry add sugar to it.
- When the mixture starts looking like halwa(pudding) then add all the ingredients and fry for 5-6 mins.
- Serve it in a bowl.
