Corn Soup

CORN SOUP

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup boiled corn
  • 2 chopped green chillies
  • 4 cup mix vegetable stock
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chilli sauce
  • 2 tablespoon corn flour
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 2 copped pieces of garlic

 HOW TO PREPARE:

  1. take-off 2 tablespoons of boiled corns.And grind the left boiled corns(thick).
  2. kadhai mein thodha oil garam karlein .Fry onion, garlic, and green chilli until they turn brown.
  3. now add the grinded corn flour and stirr till 5 mins.Add vegetables,left-over corns and salt and boil.
  4. mix the corn flour in some water and add in the soup.
  5. heat it for 15-20 mins at low heat,before taking off the soup from heat add soya sauce and chilli sauce.
