CORN SOUP
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup boiled corn
- 2 chopped green chillies
- 4 cup mix vegetable stock
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chilli sauce
- 2 tablespoon corn flour
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon soya sauce
- 2 copped pieces of garlic
HOW TO PREPARE:
- take-off 2 tablespoons of boiled corns.And grind the left boiled corns(thick).
- kadhai mein thodha oil garam karlein .Fry onion, garlic, and green chilli until they turn brown.
- now add the grinded corn flour and stirr till 5 mins.Add vegetables,left-over corns and salt and boil.
- mix the corn flour in some water and add in the soup.
- heat it for 15-20 mins at low heat,before taking off the soup from heat add soya sauce and chilli sauce.
